- Preparation & maintenance of a wedding planning schedule for the months leading up to the wedding
- Budget development, allocation and management
- Offer recommendations for and assistance in the selection of vendors
- Review of vendor contracts
- Provide feedback & offer suggestions on themes which may include site, décor, menu, attire
- Customized itinerary provided to vendors and suppliers
- Conduct regular meetings
- Basic décor setup (excludes making floral arrangements)
