We Serve our pizza buffet-style, which allows your guest to sample the selection of the pies you've chosen for your menu.
How it works
Our team will arrive prior to your event to set up and light our portable propane ovens. Once hot they are capable of reaching over 850'F.
From there, each pie will only take a couple minutes to bake. All our pies are made onsite. Your guests will be able to watch as we hand stretch and assemble.
Preparation
Good things come to those who wait, and pizza dough is certainly no exception!
Our fresh dough is cold fermented for 48 hours. This process helps the dough to develop a complex structure, creating a deeper flavour, resulting in a beautiful bubbly crust!
